- Prototype request form: name, company name (optional), email, phone (optional), the service you're inquiring about, estimated budget, timeline, project details, and an optional reference file.
- 3D print request form: name, email, phone (optional), material and color preferences, quantity, dimensions, notes, and your uploaded 3D model file.
We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking. This site does use a temporary session cookie, which is required for the site to function (for example, to protect forms from being submitted by malicious scripts). This cookie does not track you across other websites and expires when you close your browser.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you submit to:
- Respond to your inquiries, quote requests, and prototype or print requests;
- Communicate with you about your project;
- Maintain records of past inquiries for our own reference.
3. We Do Not Sell Your Data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for marketing or any other purpose.
4. When We Share Information
We do not share your information with third parties except in the following limited cases:
- WhatsApp. If you choose to click a "Purchase via WhatsApp" link on a component page, you will be taken to WhatsApp to start a chat with us directly. Any information you send through that chat is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy, not ours.
- Google Maps. Our Contact page embeds a Google Maps view of our office location. Loading that map may allow Google to collect data according to Google's own privacy policy.
- Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required to do so by law.

Information submitted through our forms is stored in our internal database and is accessible only to authorized Tombak Technology staff. We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. File Uploads
Reference files, schematics, and 3D model files you upload are stored on our server and used solely to process your request. We do not share these files with third parties except as needed to fulfill your request.

You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time by contacting us using the details below.
8. Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for businesses and individuals capable of entering into a commercial agreement. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
